9th International Workshop on Crystal Growth Technology (IWCGT-9) in Berlin, Germany

The ninth workshop of the Crystal Growth Technology series IWCGT will take place from June 8 to June 11, 2026, at Berlins Leibniz-Institute for Crystal Growth in Berlin-Adlershof.
The workshop focuses on growth technologies of bulk and substrate crystals, across the spectrum from laboratory to industrial scale, and aims to bridge the gap between scientific R&D and actual production.
Topics of the workshop include for example:
- Growth technology for crystals for electronics and photovoltaics (Si, Ge, III-Vs, etc.)
- Substrate crystals for wide bandgap semiconductors (sapphire, SiC, GaN, AlN, Ga2O...

DKT 2026 in Karlsruhe, Germany, March 2026

The annual meeting of crystal growers in Germany, Deutsche Kristallzüchtungstagung 2026, will take place from March 4 to 6, 2026, at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

German-French Crystal Growth Conference (DKT) 2025 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

The German-French Crystal Growth Conference (DKT) 2025 will take place from March 5-7, 2025, in Frankfurt am Main, hosted by Goethe University Frankfurt. Organized by the German Society for Crystal Growth (DGKK), the conference will cover topics such as crystallization science, bulk semiconductor production, III/V semiconductor epitaxy, and materials for lasers and nonlinear optics. A special focus session will feature contributions from the French crystal growth community. DKT 2024 in Erlangen, Germany, March 2024

20th International Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy in Neapel, August 2023

The 20th International Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy was held in Naples on July 30th to August 4th, 2023. ICCGE-20 brought together a vibrant and broad audience made of physicists, chemists and engineers from more than 40 different countries who contributed to fruitful exchange of ideas on the growth of crystals and relating technology. We contibuted to the event by presenting a booth and our latest developments.

Dresden Hydrogen Symposium

The "Dresden Hydrogen Symposium" took place on June 15th and 16th at the University of Applied Sciences Dresden. The event focused on hydrogen technologies a key element in the transition to a carbon-neutral economy. We were happy to contribute by presenting our "HyLiq" liquid hydrogen activities.

DKT 2023 in Augsburg

The annual meeting of crystal growers in Germany, Deutsche Kristallzüchtungstagung 2023, took place in Augsburg on March 15th to March 17th in the Augsburg Innovation Park right next to the Augsburg University campus.
As every time in the last years, ScIDre participated in the German Crystal Growth conference DKT and presented our latest developments in the field of crystal growth.
